No Bake Almond Joy Balls

Ingredients:
1 C. peanut butter
1 ½ C. coconut
1 C. oatmeal
½ C. ground flax
½ C. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
½ C. mini chocolate chips
½ C. nuts (walnuts)
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
You can chill the dough first, if you have time, or roll into a log and cut to size.
These freeze well.
Always a hit!
